NON-PUBLIC AGREEMENT (OFFER) for the provision of information services

This agreement is an official offer of DMi Technology LLC to conclude an agreement on the provision of information services presented on the website www.bookingimplant.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website).

This agreement is non-public, that is, its terms are addressed only to a certain circle of people, namely those who have the right to conduct dental practice, or maxillofacial surgery, or are a licensed specialist in the field of dental implantology.

By concluding this Agreement, the buyer of the Site's information services (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer), who intends to become a partner of the Site, fully accepts the terms of service and the payment procedure.

The Buyer declares and guarantees that he is a certified and licensed dentist, or maxillofacial surgeon, or a specialist in the field of dental implantology.

The Buyer is solely responsible to the users of the site www.bookingimplant.com who may later become his patients:

- for providing false information;

- for drawing up a plan and the cost of medical and other services;

- for the coordination and provision of medical and other services;

- for the prognosis and consequences of medical services;

- for the result of the treatment;

- for changing the prices initially provided to users.

The buyer fully accepts the terms of the partnership, which are provided to him at his choice, such as:

• Subscription payment, which is made in any way on DMi Technology LLC, including through websites www.bookingimplant.com or www.dmimplant.online .

• Payment of dental goods for a certain amount designated by DMi Technology LLC, which is made on the website www.dmimplant.online

The buyer can choose one partnership condition or both at the same time.

The contract is considered concluded after the moment of receipt from the site Bookingimplant.com confirmation of the partnership payment to the user's email address specified when making the payment.

After signing the contract, the buyer becomes a Partner of the site www.bookingimplant.com and has the right to place:

- own page on the Booking Implant website www.bookingimplant.com

- on the “Find an implantologist nearby” map of the Booking Implant website www.bookingimplant.com

- in the “Our Doctors” section of the Booking Implant website www.bookingimplant.com

The buyer, having become a Partner of the site, has the right to receive requests from users of the site www.bookingimplant.com to calculate price offers for dental treatment, medical and other services during the entire period of partnership with Bookingimplant.com .

The buyer, having become a Partner of the site, does not have the right to any kind of ownership of the site www.bookingimplant.com and DMi Technology LLC.

 1. Definition of terms

A non–public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is an offer by the Seller, addressed to a certain circle of persons, to conclude a contract with the Seller for the purchase and sale of goods remotely (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") on the terms contained in this Offer.

1.2. A Product or Service is an object of agreement between the parties, selected by the buyer on the Booking Implant website.

 2. Subject of the Agreement

The date of conclusion of the Offer Agreement (acceptance of the offer) and the moment of full and unconditional acceptance by the Buyer of the terms of the Agreement is the date of payment for the partnership and receipt of the promo code on the website www.dmimplant.online or on the website www.bookingimplant.com .

2.3. Confirmation of the partnership is an e-mail to the Buyer, which contains information about the successful payment of the partnership and receipt of a paid or free promo code.

 3. Registration of the partner's Profile

 3.1. The Buyer independently makes the payment for the partnership with Booking Implant on the affiliated website www.dmimplant.online - by purchasing goods or by paying for the selected subscription period.

3.2.After receiving notification of successful payment from the Seller, the Buyer has the right to create his Partner Profile (hereinafter referred to as the Doctor's Profile) on the website www.bookingimplant.com by filling in all the necessary fields, including name, position, photo, contact phone number, country and city of residence, email, medical practice address, clinic name, identification number the code, data about the types of dental services provided by the Buyer and their current prices.

3.3. The Buyer has the right to delete the Doctor's own Profile and edit any of his data, including the name. At the same time, the name is allowed to be changed no more than once every 6 months.

3.4. After filling in all required fields in the Doctor's Profile, the Buyer has the right to send the Profile for publication. The final approval of the publication of the Doctor's Profile is carried out by the Administrator of the Booking Implant Website.

3.5. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by him when making a partnership with the site www.bookingimplant.com .

3.6. By signing this Offer, the Buyer gives his permission to collect, process and transfer personal data throughout the entire period of validity of this Offer, as well as for an unlimited time after the expiration of its validity period.

4 Personal data

4.1.  5. Calculations

All settlements between the Seller represented by DMi Technology LLC and the Buyer are carried out according to the Conditions described in the “Terms of Partnership” section on the website www.bookingimplant.com . Payment for the partnership is made in the system of the affiliated site www.dmimplant.online .

6. Partnership action

The Terms of the Partnership begin to apply from the moment the Buyer pays and the Seller confirms the success of the payment to the Buyer's email address.

The Terms of the Partnership expire on the expiration date of the promo code, unless the Buyer has paid for the next period of partnership with the Site and received a new promo code.

After non-payment of the next partnership period, the Buyer's Profile (“Doctor's Profile”) on www.bookingimplant.com will be blocked. Profile unblocking is possible from the moment of payment for the next partnership period.

The Seller has the right to unilaterally terminate the partnership with the Buyer if violations of the Terms of the partnership are detected, including misuse of the site, deception of the Seller and site users www.bookingimplant.com , and any other fraudulent activity.

The seller is represented by www.bookingimplant.com and the Buyer of information services have the right to withdraw from the partnership or suspend it in the event of force majeure, such as war, natural disasters and others.

All disputes that arise between the Seller of information services and the Buyer are resolved through negotiations. The Buyer undertakes not to file lawsuits against the Seller with the judicial authorities of any country, as he agrees that the Seller is only a link between the users of the site www.bookingimplant.com and a Buyer of information services.

7. Responsibility for services

All responsibility for providing users of the site with any medical services and treatment lies directly with the persons providing such treatment and services.
